Molten metal spraying protection
Our suits for welders are tested to comply with the ISO 11611 and ISO 9185 standards. Artificial skin is covered by our welder clothing on which we apply molten aluminium and iron. The skin's condition is then analyzed. Our durability results are well above the minimum required.
Fire and radiant heat exposure
Our independent laboratory tests the time required for our protective welding textiles to reach a specific temperature when exposed to a flame for several seconds. They are also tested for radiant heat by being exposed to a broadband infrared spectrum. They meet and surpass the ISO 11611 standard.
Light-weight fibreglass composition
Our fabrics not only increase welder safety, they are also much lighter than existing welding suits. They are usually made of cotton or leather, weighing 12 ounces per square yard to successfully pass protection tests. Our clothing, thanks to our weaving technology comprised of fibreglass and FR fibres, weighs around 8.5 ounces per square yard and still surpasses the requirements.
Well-ventilated, denim-like textiles
Our welder suits are both safe and comfortable: the fabric breathes well and has a denim-like look. This is truly multipurpose protective clothing for workers.
